Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Enter The Dojo account and everything stored with it. Deleting an account is permanent, and we cannot restore it afterwards.
What gets deleted
Everything we store on our servers for your account:
- your game name and tag;
- your account creation date;
- your matches and their moves;
- your XP, belt, stats and leaderboard scores;
- your friends and friend requests;
- your league membership and monthly league scores;
- your Dojo Pass status.
How to ask
At launch, deletion is by email. Send us your player tag, which you can find under MY STATS or FRIENDS in the game.
Or write to support@enterthedojogame.com yourself with your player tag.
A delete option inside the game is planned for a later update.
How long it takes
We will delete your data within 30 days of your request. CONFIRM: deletion timescale
What is not deleted
Purchase records held by Apple or Google stay with them. Deleting your account does not cancel any purchase. You can manage purchases through your Apple or Google account.
