Privacy policy

The short version. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. There are no ads and no advertising or third-party tracking tools. Your game progress is stored against an anonymous player ID, and purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google.

Who we are

Enter The Dojo: Urban Brawlers ("the game") is developed by ByteClub Games Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game stores about you and why.

Your account

When you first start the game, it creates an anonymous player ID using Unity Authentication, part of Unity Gaming Services. There is no sign-up and no login screen. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number.

What we store on our servers

The game uses Unity Gaming Services (Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Leaderboards and Friends) to store:

  • your game name and tag, which the game generates for you (for example KALKED#4821);
  • the date your account was created, shown in the game as "Est.";
  • your matches and the moves played in them;
  • your XP, belt, stats and leaderboard scores;
  • your friends and friend requests;
  • your league membership and monthly league scores;
  • whether you have the Dojo Pass.

What other players can see

  • your game name and tag;
  • your belt, XP and leaderboard rank;
  • your league standings;
  • your match moves, shared with the opponent in that match.

What stays on your device

Your single-player stats, your settings (music, sound effects and language) and your tutorial progress are stored only on your device.

Purchases

Purchases, including the Dojo Pass, are handled entirely by Apple or Google. The game never sees your card details.

Notifications

The game may ask your permission to send "it's your move" notifications. You can say no, and you can change your mind in your device settings. CONFIRM once push notifications are built: name the notification service used

Ads and tracking

There are no ads in the game, and it does not include advertising or third-party tracking tools.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics, and it has no accounts or sign-in.

How long we keep your data, and deleting it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. To ask us to delete it, see delete your account.
